The UK FCA has opened retail channels for Crypto Assets ETNs, allowing retail investors to trade cETNs.

[Coin World] According to reports, the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has opened retail channels for Crypto Assets ETNs, stating that companies will soon be able to offer retail investors access to Crypto Assets exchange-traded notes (cETN). The Crypto Assets ETNs that retail investors can trade must be traded on UK investment exchanges approved by the FCA (i.e., Recognized Investment Exchanges, abbreviated as RIE). The FCA's ban on retail access to crypto assets derivations will remain in effect. The FCA will continue to monitor market developments and consider its approach to high-risk investments.
