The SEC has approved the S-4 registration statement, and shareholder voting will take place on August 27. ABC completed a private sale of $220 million last month, holding a Computing Power of 10.17 EH/s, with a goal to expand to 25 EH/s. Eric Trump is expected to hold $367 million in shares.
