ETH is now taking the lead from BTC. Ethereum ETFs remain on fire: net inflows for July amounted to $5.43 billions, and there was only one day of net outflows in the 31 days of the month. Whale activity is at its peak. There is an active redistribution of assets between whales and institutional investors, in favor of the latter.
This is despite the fact that there are extreme sell-offs of the asset — for example, on August 1, $335 millions worth of ETH was sold in two minutes — all crypto exchanges are taken into account. The entire sales volume is being absorbed, and OTC purchases are booming.
