My wonderful girlfriend got into town tn and I’m graduating on Saturday so if I’m afk this is why.
Graduating from a decent school finally after 5y (took 3 semesters off to trade) w a major in Econ and a minor in entrepreneurship. College is funny bc I hated the idea when I went but then switched from biochem to Econ and learned useful shit for what I want to do in life and it actually helped tremendously. If you have the opportunity to go and come out debt free, 10000000% worth it, esp if you go to a good school.
I am beyond blessed tbh. My parents never supported me trading and anything I have here is my own doing, but they payed the majority of my bills and my tuition when I was in school which allowed me to constantly be risk on. I knew if I failed worst case scenario I’d have a good degree and a family backing me and I could never thank them enough for giving me this situation. The ability to be risk on and not take -3k/month for bills helped EXPONENTIALLY in the $180->6 fig stage tbh and if I had the stress of bills idk if I could have done it. I initially went back bc I felt I owed it to them after all the time/money they had poured into my intelligence and I am so thankful I did.
Idk where I’m going with this. Really just thankful that it’s all worked out. I made a .7 GPA my second semester freshman year and finished w a good gpa. Clawed my way back while devoting all free time to the game and damn has it payed off. Since I was 17 I’ve never wanted to do anything but trade and college, ironically, is what gave me the opportunity to devote myself fully to it. Goal initially was major in biochem and trade until I no longer needed to become a doctor. Switched to Econ bc it was the only major semi related to what I wanted to do that I qualified for w my low GPA and it actually helped my trading. I enjoyed college but I did not waste time. No I didn’t pass up on hanging w the homies or having fun but most days were long days of studying Econ and charts. Ig they go hand in hand and I enjoyed college much more when I switched from biochem to Econ but they were long days. Lots of info but thankfully lots of helpful info. Lots of stress but thankfully it helped me manage stress.
If you go to college plz don’t major in some stupid shit, major in something that will actually help you reach your goals.
